"Well, this is a first. For once, I'm actually getting PAID to create a fusion! I mean, sure, I've done plenty of FUSEmon for other people before, but to actually get COMMISSIONED for one? It was quite the surprise...one that I am very grateful for! So, of course, I made sure that this fusion was extra special...and boy, does it deliver. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce...Kyurizul, the Aura Phantom FUSEmon!"

"Similar to that of Deoratom, most of Kyurizul's body is near intangible to the touch. Instead of plasma, however, Kyurizul's body is made up of a powerful shadowy essence, which I can only loosely describe as a physical manifestation of its very soul. The only physical parts of it are the signature cloak Mimikyu is known and feared for (though it's been modified to adjust to the Lucario-esque form it prefers to take) and the charcoal-black pieces of wood that serve as a form of armor. The notes of Charizard DNA are definitely more subtle at first glance, but they do give it some interesting properties. Of course, the most feature are the shadowy wings it now sports...which don't really help it fly; it can do that just fine on its own, but they do add to the intimidation factor. The second feature, and the most dangerous, is that it can somehow ignite its own soul into a type of fire unlike any I've ever seen before. It don't have too much data on what these flames are truly capable of, but if its battle data is anything to go by...you do NOT want those flames touching you."

"Behaviorally, Kyurizul usually tends to wander around the lab, minding its own business while carefully observing anyone who happens to be close by. At least, those were my initial observations. A lot of my more mysterious FUSEmon are like that, so I thought Kyurizul was no different. But then I started to notice some tiny dolls dotted around the lab here and there. Stranger still, upon close inspection, I noticed that these dolls were made in the likeness of some of my staff, or in rare cases, some of the other FUSEmon. Heck, I even found one of ME! It was a little creepy, so I analyzed some security footage for answers. It seems that, after observing someone for long enough, Kyurizul will craft a tiny doll of whatever its subject is, using parts of its own cloth or whatever else it finds lying around. What purpose it serves, I have no idea. They appear to be harmless, as far as my scans are concerned. Perhaps I'll speak to Lukewra about this later..."

"In battle, Kyurizul is...surprisingly more defensive than I was expecting. Using it's naturally high speed, it will constantly dodge and weave around the enemy's attacks with what seems like minimal effort, and all the while, putting that observation habit to work. To put it simply, it's core strategy is to slowly wear down the opponent's strength, draining their stamina until they weak enough to be knocked out with a quick finishing move. Of course, it has a couple methods of...expediting this. One of which is its ability, Puppet Call, which summons a little Substitute doll to block attacks...but creating using the OPPONENT'S strength instead of its own. Oddly enough, the dolls it spawn do have a...vague resemblance to the opponents it facing...g-goodie...that's not unnerving at all. *Ahem*...A-And then there's it's signature attack, which I can basically describe as a ghostly version of Giga Drain, serving as a means of not only dealing damage, but also healing itself to maintain preservation on the field. It's a very tactical strategy, and a very impressive one at that...though it does have its limits. Kyurizul's strategy works best when there's only one target to deal. Multiple targets tend to prove troublesome, since it can't focus on both at the same time, so it struggles as a result."

"Overall, Kyurizul has been quite fascinating to study! I hope my client is able to handle it when he picks it up...FUSEmon are a lot more difficult to handle than your standard Pokemon. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get going. I'm a busy professor, after all!"

Ah...my first commissioned fusion. This was a fun one to make! I wasn't really sure about the combo at first, but man, this ended up looking very cool! The effects used for the shadow parts, I'm especially proud of!
