ah this is through the glass and not actually in the water, should get yourself a digital SLR and a underwater housing
also you can cut all reflections and glare off water and glass, by using a polarising filter in front of your lens, they cost about $30 on ebay, they screw on to the front of the lens, if you're not using an SLR camera or D-SLR, then they're much bigger than the lens piece of a small digital camera anyway and you can just hold it in front of the lens against it ad it'll still work.

Thank you for the camera advise, but I don't think I'll be switching to an SLR anytime soon. The polarizing filter lens I may look into. Also, this is taken at Sea World, I wouldn't be able to put the camera in the water even if I did have underwater housing for it.
