Yes this awesome Kestrel or American Sparrow Hawk is named Captian Jack Sparrow-Hawk how cool is that!He may be small but always is so cool, 2 years in a row he has given me a great shot...i think he might be part ham...what a great guy.
This was taken at The guilde of Se Ambrose in Valhalla Ren faire 2011 at Camp Richadrson, South Tahoe.
Pentax Optio 750Z, Photoshop for name.

Dunno what kind, they just came out of nowhere one day and adopted us I guess (there were 2 of them male & female but they never visited at the same time) what amazing animals

Yeah he is a funny bird, likes photos it seems.
