Sorry for the late reply.
The idea is the rights of the pictures are completelly yours. You let us use it on the game. The game and nothing more, no making advertisements with your picture and we are not selling neither your picture (and neither the game, as it is going to be a free one).
We are needing a male hero (we have the female) for the Steampunk faction and your picture looks really great for it!
If you let us to use your picture, you would be included on the game credits and in the unit enciclopedia as well (a mode that gives information about different aspects of the game)!
