A nice page, though I have two quibbles:
The holographic sign declaring the Darkwood Ice Cream Factory seems out of place. Part of the issue I have with it is the ice cream cone - it looks poorly drawn compared to the page, and I'd think a major corporation would put a lot more effort into their company logos (they do, after all want to put on a good side, yes? Even if they're bottling up monsters ^_^). Perhaps some toning could fix this?
Also, the exclamation mark at the end of "Factory" really shouldn't be there. When was the last time you saw an exclamation mark used on a place or building name? (GM Car Factory! 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue! Doesn't quite fit...)
That said, the rest of the page looks good, and you've provided a good hook for your story. Nice job!

Something caught my eye though: the letters from a 3d Holographic sign (panel 2, lower left seemed like it's going too far -- though I could be wrong), and the "REC" on the LED-monocle (it could be smaller, and mirror imaged / inverted) --
