I was almost done with this image before I left for my trip, just wanted to finish it up today before I started on anything new. It's good to see the Hototo's around again. I have to admit I think I have the most beautiful one ever created. AldΓs is such a fantastic character.Related content

This is beautiful (and I know I'm really late commenting on it).
The horse is lovely; your dapples look great and the feathers and flyaway mane just look so soft and natural. You can draw faces at this angle so well, too - I don't even have words for that. And the background is stunning! The grass has the same soft, natural quality to it that the mane and tail do but that sky really steals the piece. I just love the purples and golds made from soft clouds. Really beautifully done, Binary

Such gorgeous horse and the way you have painted Aldis' coat colors and markings are so beautiful.
Background makes me wanna enter this picture, sit still and just enjoy breeze, sun set and watch this mesmerizing creature.

I am actually thinking of making a design contest. as i really want a starter stallion hototo. just don't know if anyone would enter.

You should try it! I wouldn't be able to enter because I find them really hard to design. But a lot of people have fun with it.

awwww.. I know how you feel. It took a lot out of me just to design Orvokki ( my mare). I think I will do that when I have some kind of prize to give, and when I can get into our own home again. We have to move in like 2 weeks into hubbys moms home into a small room for the 5 of us. I am gonna try to talk her into letting us have internet and cable. Right now she keeps saying no...cause of the bill going higher.. but i keep telling her we will pay the difference.
