Description Squeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

My first A:TLA art!!!!
Okay, so yesterday a certain someone (thanks muchly, but I fear you may have created a monster ) referred me to this great online paint website thingy, after I vented about how MS paint is rather craptastic for jpeg images. So instead of going right along with it and using the website for the paint project, I instead started to play around with the brush tool and draw people's hair. Then I was like, "I know, I'll draw Zuko!" So I drew his face, and then I was gonna draw his season 3 outfit, but gave up... his ninja clothes are there if you can pick 'em out from the background. As for the background: dark smudges of color+blur tool+realizing it kind of resembles hills+putting in the moon+playing with the light=what you now see before you.

So yeah. Just some practice with ninja!Zuko.

That is all for my play-by-play account of this. Sorry.

Yeah, I found Sumopaint, which isn't bad. I'll check out those other two, though.
And thanks for the compliment!

I created another monster... dammit, I only just got frankenstein under control.

Looks really good, something you might wanna try out if using the line tool and making the opacity of the line really low (between 1-10%) and then ticking the shape trails box. It makes some awesome light effects like in [link]

Lol... Thanks for the tip. And those are awesome effects.

BTW, currently messing around on a craptastic promo art for the group... I can draw curtains!
