This is one concept that I've had in my head for about a year now. Finally, thanks to Avatar Month, I have an excuse to put this one up and out there. I give you Day...five? Foaming Mouth Guy! Affectionately known as "Foamy."

I'd like to say that this is probably my favorite deviation that I have ever uploaded. Even though I copy-and-pasted for the fourth panel, all the other ones were drawn freely (with the obvious exception of the sunset backgrounds). I used line references to keep proportion straight, and I think it worked well. Heavy reference from Nightmares and Daydreams, as you can probably tell...

Unfortunately, some of the Foamy fire got taken away in the last panel, I think. The concept of Suki somehow being coerced into talking about this incident during a late night session with the other girls just...had too much potential. Giving them their own blankets and pillows...different poses and expressions...hair down....

I want Suki's pillow. I don't know how her Unagi pillow turned out so good, but I love it.

And yes, that IS a turtleduck blanket that Mai has. She's allowed to have it...

Katara has an Appa pillow. I want one of those, too. And Toph, well...she has an ugly pillow. I originally wanted something completely outlandish, but decided to go with that one...it's fun to mess around with the blind girl. Heh.

I considered, for a time, letting Momo pimp it up by sleeping in that room...but then I decided that Momo is a manly man, and sleeps with the guys in the Cool Room.

Yeah, there are a number of artistic issues, but I'm willing to overlook them if you are.
