Description
Awwwwwwwww Cutest duck in the world!!!!It was on its way out with the mom headed for the canal and so Dad had to say goodbye. He later had to rescue them from a German Shepherd that blocked their way so he herded the mother and all 12 baby duckies into a laundry basket and escourted them to the river.

When I was in the third grade, I used to have four ducks and I had this favorite one which later was killed by a juvenile Eagle
When i first got them, I was so happy having them and watching them play in that baby pool that people buy for their kids to play in. After my favorite one got killed, this one duck ate a bright orange caterpillar which was strange because, the other two ducks knew that if it was strange colored, you don't eat it at all, quite strange
The other two were killed by a raccoon I think...
Later once I got in 5th grade, I had two geese and I was given two Ducks from my Uncle. One of them had a foot problem and so I called him Limpy. I carried and cared for Limpy over the others and one night... A stray dog came and killed the two geese and the other duck. He harmed Limpy pretty bad and my Dad had to shoot Limpy to put him out of his pain, and this really ticked me off. A few days passed and my Dad shot the damn dog that killed my pets, still that pain resides in me...
I knew then that, this was a really bad pattern for me to care for pets because, something terrible and strange would happen to them and I said the hell with it... Every time that spring comes by, I end up going back to the store that sold the Baby Ducks, and I end up crying because I knew that I couldn't have them
I have two birds now but they don't like me of course, two Sun Conures, they are small parrots. They only fly out of their cage to see what I'm eating on the living room floor since I play my games there... Sad really..........
Oh well

Yeah I feel your pain. My cat ate my favorite parakeet on the same night my brother was in the hospital for flying out of the back window of a camero at 60 mph. On the 1 year aniversary we had to put the cat down cause he was so old and sick. Now I have two tyrant parakeets that don't like anybody. Life is so ironic
