Description
Kevin Hart and his twin sister were raised by members of a dark cult, determined to use the darkest magic to scorch the world of innocence and purity. When they became of age, they were both used the cult to further their goals. While his sister was possessed my demonic forces, Kevin was cast into the Dark Dimension, to be consumed by the darkness. When he returned he had become a Dark Avatar, and neither light nor sounds could penetrate the darkness that surrounded him. The cult left Kevin to fend for himself, the idea being that in order to survive he would have to develop a higher state of consciousness in order to detect his surroundings. Developing a mystical sense to compensate for his lost ones, Kevin was still for all intents and purposes mute, as his voice could still not escape his darkness. Dependent of a telepathic link between him and his sister to communicate with others, and an ancient Mages garb in order to be distinguished from the shadows. In an attempt to escape their cruel lives with the cult, the siblings ran away together, but found themselves cornered by the cult once more. Uniting with a group of lone heroes to fight them off, Kevin and his sister found a better life together as part of a new team and family.

Avatar of Darkness: Having been consumed by the Dark Dimension Kevin can use black magic to create constructs and gateways to said dimension. He can use said gateways to transport himself and other across vast distances, but the time and concentration required makes it impractical for use in battle. His body absorbs all light, and reflects none, leaving him a complete silhouette. This also effects his clothing, unless said clothing is mystical in nature, as his his uniform.
                Mystical Sense: Due to being devoid of his senses by the Dark Dimension, Kevin has developed mystical senses to compensate.
                Telepathic link: Has a telepathic link with his sister, which is the only way he can communicate.

Weaknesses:
Cannot be heard, seen or sensed through traditional methods, just as he cannot sense others through same. To compensate, he uses mystical senses to "see" and "hear", which can be interfered with by powerful magics.
                Pure and/or Light magic have a powerful effect on him, able to penetrate his constructs and damage him more easily.
