well I think I impoved a tad, I used some lighting techniques, banlance and contrast, as well as some crosshatching.but anyway it looks like a good start.

Like all your TF art, and because i'm a Pokemon fan, like it a lot.
Good choose, the 001 Pokemon for a redo series. I'm can see as you are improved your art. By the way, i'm like Haunted mansions as places for a TF scene, and the stairs and the black background making me think in a full old mansion filled with Gastly or Misdreavus making fun with transform a poor Human into a Bulbasaur (Yes, is a cliche, but like to me)
