HAH. I have been gone forever it seems. Well, my final animation is almost finished and I hope to find some way to upload it here when I'm done! I really am quite proud of it, considering it's a first attempt. It's like having my first child - any artist will understand. Up till now I've only been playing around with dolls.. this is the real thing, folks. In future as my skills get honed it'll probably become a sort of deformed apparition by comparison, but I think I'll always look back at it fondly. albeit cringingly.Shutting up for now - about my film, anyway. (forgive me, I did mention I was excited, didn't I?) This 'ere's my protagonist, Cream. Surprise, she's my Peaches's half-sister, born into another litter by their stud father! And another champion no less. She probably won't appear in my Toy comic (yes, I've decided it'll be a comic that I'm going to work on over the summer), or not as a main character, anyway.. but I think she'll be given an arc of her own. I really like her, design-wise and character-wise, and having drawn her so much while animating her I've gotten really used to her. Since I'm taking a break from animating right now I decided to do a little digicoloured picture of her for whoever is still watching my gallery cause I really miss being around here :3 As to what she does in my film.. well, I'm not saying anything on here until I get that thing up!

Cute character, a ball of fur :3 Mine's just a 'hollywood pear' with fox-ish parts attached in comparison. xD I was only able to schedule an hour to shoot though...which means I'll probably be running around like a beheaded chicken the day its due trying to shoot it early in the morning

:sighs: Shooting is such a bleeding nightmare. There's always people in the room and the annoying thing is that I've finished my animation but because everyone has booked the rooms I can't shoot D: Luckily I've been shooting scenes in Premiere and saving them as I go so I'll have something, but it still annoys me that I can't just get it out of the way.

My film looks ghetto xD taped paper backgrounds for pans. Wish there was time to put them all on cels... speaking of which, if this was tight now wonder how bad senior year's project will be o.o...
Know how that goes. I was up till late last night shooting it all in one go- would rather get it done late then squeeze time in here and there

Simply darling! I wish I could snuggle up with her and eat popcorn and watch a movie in comfy clothes while it rains outside, maybe a little thunder and lightning as long as it doesn't scare her... *babbles on*

She was such fun to animate like you wouldn't believe :3 I hope you'll enjoy the film when I get it up.. it's not perfect but working on my schedule I think I did alright.

I love how she seems to have an actual personality, unlike most of the fluffy little lap dogs in real life. Not that i've ever kept one, but some of them look so vacant. She seems like she would go *boing* any moment now. o.O Don't ask!

Oh, I can assure you that little dogs have very much of a personality. It all depends on the dog, really, not what size it is. In fact, it was that popular view of little dogs that inspired me to make this film, so stay tuned!
