Description Ahhh a long idle absence does wonders for you. I was all drawed out after college finished, but now that the new term's about to begin I decided to get off my lazy butt and do some proper stuff

So. Meet Posie, the seventh and final member of my core group of Toy dogs! I knew from the start I'd have to have a Papillon character because I just adore those little dogs. Sho cute and spunky :3 Posie's one of those restless, easily-bored souls that embraces and welcomes change as a break from monotony. A city girl who's just moved into the suburbs, she's all too eager to scope out her new surroundings after hearing romanticized snatches about the neighbourhood from other dogs. She's got a lot to learn about getting along with other dogs in a canid society yet - although a good-natured dog she was kept quite sheltered - but Peaches and co. will be all too happy to show her the ropes. Give the girl some time

She's very pretty. Very nice picture, I look up dog Standards/Pictures all the time, and she looks like my all-time fav, Brayler's Forever Flash Gorden., at body/shape wise, (only he's red sable, but I love tri-colored dogs. my sis has a Tri border collie.)

Anyway, very good picture.
(i'm still new to posting, so if this is confusing, sorry. Not so great at talking to people, Lol.)
Oh, as a possible back-ground char (supporting? i write, but not scripts...no confidence to post my half-finnished stories either, Char.) possibly an Alaskan Klee Kai? They're not very well known, but i believe thier toys, or utility (like the american Eskimo i always confuse the group on that one.)

Ah... okay? heh. I don't know. I just drew a Papillon o_O based on pictures I got off the AKC website.

I don't think Klee Kais are classified as Toys, even though they're small. The Toy group consists of small dogs that were expressly bred to be companions, pure and simple. Either way, I've pretty much thought out all the characters already by this time, but thanks though.

Thanks so much for that Thoughl I have been drawing dogs for ten years, practice improves everything I'm sure anyone who wanted to and loved drawing enough to stick at it could get as good at it as they wanted to be. Mine does not.... she treats Maria's kittens like her own pups (Maria thinks she's off her mind but never says a word about it. OK, cats can't say a word...). I'm only afraid that the poor creatures might have a misconseption about all dogs concerning her... -_-
I meant that the cat might dislike her treatment. Cats use to have stereotypes too!

BEAUTIFUL anatomy for a papillon. The ears are in perfect proportion with the face, as most people seem to make them too big. I've been around quite a few paps and the attitude is wonderful!

Thank youuu so much! That means a lot to me that you like my writing too I credit it to my bookworm tendencies as a child. I had at one point considered authoring or journalism as a career, although it's kinda taken a backseat to my art right now because in my opinion I draw WAY better than I write xD oh well.
I would actually have made her a fawn/tan-and-white, but then I thought that would be too similar to Lucky xD

Yes, that's what I'm hoping, to get a pet after I move out... might be a while, but oh well xD
And yep, I'm also hoping my dad will eventually give in... my mum's always pointing at dogs and squealing and saying how cute they are She only likes toy dogs though (not literally toys)... I like big dogs I want a German Shepherd, they're so smart!
