Yayy I finally finished this piccy! It's been in my head for ages, partly inspired by adorabilia such as this: ([link] ) and partly because of my well-professed love for sighthounds. I fell in love with the greyhound family when I was about nine or ten, around the time we got our family dog, an IG, and as I grew older I grew annoyed with the conspicuous lack of sighthounds in movies, cartoons and such. Whenever I found any trace of a greyhound, whippet or the like in a book, tv show or movie, even if it was only a background character or mentioned casually in passing, it was a source of great celebration for me. And when I started posting my sighthound art on the net I did so in the hope that I might find fellow artists who shared the same love for them that I did.

Well, nearly ten years on and I'm livin' the dream! I managed to find quite a few people who love sighthounds too, thanks in part to the club I founded: , and even some that had sighthounds as fursonas! *squee* So I drew this, a compilation of everyone I could think of who had a sighthound fursona of some kind - even Greyheart and Talathia who aren't sighthounds normally! Heh, I'm such a nerd. But I hope you guys all like this. This pic is my way of saying long live the sighthounds, and long may they continue to be represented in art. Thanks all of you for contributing to the pool

We don't guard. We don't care who comes into the castle as long as they stroke our pink briskets. We're not "yard dogs". Where's my divan? We're selectively deaf. When aroused by the site of fleeing prey, we do NOT come! We don't discriminate between Mr. Squirrel and Kitty Cat. Why should we? A furry cookie is a furry cookie is a furry cookie!"

Swift I'm sure you know, the red Irishmarked whippet at the bottom left corner (don't tell me no dog sleeps in such an unnatural pose, I reffed that position from my own dog, who sleeps like that habitually xD).
