I think that is a special face that sighthounds are born knowing how to make. My Bella does that too. I blame much time spent studying my dog and the faces she makes. her meltface doesn't work on me anymore, but she will do it to my grandmother because she knows it works on her. :c

I cut around them with my x-acto blade -- it's a handy sharp knife that's been very helpful for this purpose. they can be peeled off the backing; I just cut the paper.
