Bullet is whippet sized now. 20 pounds. When he plays with the other IG's in town he looks...huge. Like a beach ball next to a ping pong ball or something. x__x I love this blog [link]

Well yea. I think it's good they are breeding them bigger. I feel bad for those tiny ones. They are cute, but so fragile. :s My friend has one that is 8 pounds. It's only 2 years old and has broken the same leg twice. GAH! I think they should breed them sturdier too. Bullet is very sturdy. He has thick leg bones. Most IGs I see around here have spindly thin legs. They are pretty little dogs but I just don't think it's good for them. I'm a firm believer in 'function over form' What's the point in breeding dogs that *look* good but can't function? o_0 *shrugs*

there is a little whippet who is hogging my bed right now, who has decided its a good idea to stretch his legs out as far as he can, which takes up about half of my bed.
