I do actually find SCP-650 to be WAY more scary than SCP-173. Sure SCP-650 doesn't kill you, but that's SCP-173's problem! SCP-173 breaks your neck if you so as blink, so you're not aware of what SCP-173 does, you have literally no time to learn to be afraid of SCP-173. While because SCP-650 doesn't kill you, it gets the idea into the victims mind that 'THAT STATUE WANTS ME DEAD!!!'
SCP-173 is possible to escape, while as for SCP-650, the way he disappears and reappears doesn't seem to be factored by surrounding obstacles and it only depends on eye sight.
SCP-650 isn't violent (as far as we know) and it only tries to startle by appearing behind you and making threatening poses. Also, it isn't a "Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead!" object. It's more of a...
'see it, observe it, shrug it off with a "huh... creepy...", walk away to go about your business, turn around when you least expect it, find it right behind you and in a position that looks like it's trying to kill/hurt you' object.
Personally, I'd rather be faced with SCP-173 than with SCP-650!
Nice drawing by the way. I pictured the ends of his arms to be less narrow and remain the same level of thickness though! ^.=.^
