Description Another one from my comic project. Shadowrun/cyberpunk based.
This guy\'s latino troll/demon, mainly focused on heavy hand to hand combat and a vast arsenal of deadly spells and tricks.
Be it with his otherwordly powers or with his trusty axe and partner-in-crime ,\"Julia\", this guy trashes around gangsters and security personnel while laughing and taking pride in his black, sadistic sense of humor.

This is pretty much the final version of his concept art. I made it on pencils on a notebook sheet and finished it with china ink.
BTW, he\'s one of the three-four main characters in the comic.

Hope you like him!! ^ ^
(I want to post more of these sketches ASAP)

Cya around, ppl.

Aw neat!
I love shadowrun trolls, I'm working on making one but yours is just so much more trollish! He looks very mean and hairy.

(:
Thank you! Believe me, it took weeks of figuring out how he should look like before achieving his current look. The others were too human-looking, too friendly or just too silly. When it comes to shadowrun trolls, go for the downright monsterlike! (Remember, most of them are big and ugly peeps, whilst their attitude is what can make them come out as regular meta-humans instead of bid bad defeault goons. This guy is goonish, so it was kinda easier for me to draw him. XD )

Awesome! Have you played him?
I'm working on an annoying 15 year old troll hacker for a shadowrun game. (Done pretty much for the pun value of it. INTERNET TROLL )

Making a troll that's more the big muscly, punchy variety is probably over all a better idea. You actually use the enhanced strength and toughness. XD

Nay, haven't played him. I've only played shadowrun a couple times, whereas I've been a gamemaster for long years now. Juancho was the character played by a member of our troupe. : )
Internet troll? Seriously? XD I've thought about orc and elf hackers, but never thought about making a troll for that sort of business hehe...

This guy for an instance had really low Strenght and Body, 'cause he was a mage and needed a lot on Charisma and Intelligence, which the troll metatype doesn't really help you with. Of course, STR and BOD values for SR trolls still makes a puny troll come out REAL tough and loud when compared to uncybered humans/elves.

It's nice to see some shadowrun players every once in a while. If you want to chat about it, ask for some random ideas or advice, count me in. (:

Actually, it's not like this guy's my regular kind of character (His features are following some guidelines I was given for sketching him)
About the horns... he's a troll from SR, so he should have them.
The chains... ah crap I can't say I don't like drawing chains! XD However, they're a functional part of his outfit. (His back's got some armor plates resembling an armadillo's, and the chains are in there for holding them in place (: )
But yeah, I agree with tyou they're very very over-used resources.

On some more personal comments, I think some of the idea behind this character is we wanted him to look kinda cliched, with heavy-metal elements, lots of agressiveness (look for all the pointy patterns in him!) and that mean bad-ass look. (So being a little bit cliched is being a part of him, I guess XD)

I like having some critics on my drawings, though. (It makes me improve each time) So I encourage anyone looking at my work to criticize it a lot!!

Really cool, some over-used details (the bell, chains, horns) but meh, they always look cool.
