Turned out this guy is much more like an anaconda...
Probably partly Semi-Aquatic to support its weight just like anacondas but has terrestrial mobility

Oh my glob... YESSSS~! This is the final mystery dino, isn't it? Or... since Titanoboa isn't technically a dino, it's just one of the "other critters" in the game?

It is the 15'th animal. There are no other critters in the game, nor are they planned, though the devs are considering it. There are already two other non-dinosaurian creatures planned, namely Quetzalcoatlus and prestosuchus.
