I just now realized this was done in paint. I can kind of tell from the way the lines and coloring act.
You, my good sir/ma'am, are awesome to be able to draw this in Paint.

but actually, it's not 100% done with paint XD
I drew it on paper first, scanned it into the computer,
then I realised the pencil lines were SO blur
so I used the pencil lines as a guide to draw clearer lines in paint
then I used photoshop to get rid of the remaining pencil mark
the colouring was 100% done with paint
by the way, the only thing that is 100% drawn with paint is the phantom eye (the round thing with the propeller) XD
