it's been awhile, I'm slacking like a month already.. some light hearty speedy to lighten the mood. A preliminary sketch for a local mag cover, though going to dump this since they want something else.Related content

Its kind of amusing. I glanced over the flag and as usual America came across my mind, then 'hold on!' and it turned out to be the Malaysian flag, and I couldn't stop laughing at myself.

Great mood and feel. It instantly sparks my imagination.
The only suggestion would be (well I'm not sure if it's ok to post suggestions here on da instead of ohs and wows) make sure that colors are slightly fading within a distance.

color fading.. you mean like D.O.F (depth of field) or something. If that is I'll take note, thanks and don't bothered by all the ohs and wows too much, suggestion is the warmest of all reply. I really appreciate that.

DOF usually means blur, but color fading is something you see everywhere... for example if you look at landscape you may notice that objects that close to you have more vibrant colors (more saturated) with strong values while distant objects tends to fade almost mixing with background colors. If you take the same object and place it on foreground and background the colors wouldn't be the same. In painting it means don't paint with the same color everywhere, adjust your palette to create an illusion of depth (of course you can use DOF effect too).

oh, I usually implement such on environment paintings but hardly of figure, pin up and close up. Well that mean I have to study yours art for this spicial effect of blending. Thanks again.

Opinion is a clause friend. A knight's worth is his sword, do he live or turn long-forgotten soil underneath an unmarked grave. Treasure it, he abandoned knighthood. Carve it, a biblical destiny, an ages of conquest, honour and prosperity.
