Description
A few years back, me, two friends and my brother sat down and drew some creatures and objects we got from SlimeBeast's Random Monster Generator. I enjoyed these weird creations so much, I decided to re-draw these, as well as every other thing on the list I printed, and give them all fun backstories. These drawings are from after our session, and were originally done up about a year and a half ago.

Prompt: Infected Bones

"The disease seems to affect only the bones of the afflicted and nothing else."

Remember when I mentioned the living pile of guts as to why our zombie apocalypse sucked harder than most. Yeah, just remembered another reason. It's extremely rare in comparison to reanimated body parts, but there is a specific strain of the zombie virus which targets bone rather than flesh. So, while most zombies are your usual rotting corpses, you sometimes get a twisted, mutated skeleton instead. And I mean mutated. This virus really fucks with your bones, re-shaping and contorting them into horrible forms. No two look alike, it's horrible. And then, after the virus twists and mutates your bones, they come to life, and rip their way out of your flesh before going out on the hunt to create more of themselves. The only good thing about 'em is that the virus kills you long before that shit gets serious. Hardly a consolation, but hey, I'd rather be dead than feel my bones turn against me.

Prompt: The Trans-dimensional Mosquito

"And here I thought regular mosquitoes were bad."

Ever been bit by a mosquito? Really sucks doesn't it? Just wait until you get bit by a mosquito that can be in multiple places/dimensions at the same time. I hear trans-dimensional malaria is a real doozy.

Prompt: The Puzzle Piece That Drops Into Your Food

"Goddamnit, why does this keep happening!"

Few things can ruin a meal faster than a mysterious puzzle piece falling into it. You honestly have no idea where it's been. Trust me, it only gets more and more annoying the more days it happens.

Prompt: Spider-Filled Wart

"It's filled with...my god, those are spider eggs!"

While most people would argue that it's impossible; that it can't happen. Sometimes, just sometimes, a spider may actually end up laying a couple hundred eggs under your skin. But don't worry, most spiders are harmless.

Prompt: Fortune Cookie Of Hate

"I, uh, I don't think it's supposed to say that."

Really sucks when you crack open a fortune cookie hoping for an inspirational saying, and instead it tells you to go die in a fire.
