Btw, I added some grammar corrections to the previous chapters, so if you want to check feel free to read and comment and sorry for not been writing, I've been sick. I promise I'll finish this story but not soon (because I want it to be long enough)! Thanks for the watch :3

'I really hate that kind of people' you thought, but Light looked at you, with a strange smiley face. "Even if I wanted to do that, I know Ryuuzaki would restrain me here with this. Although we got very important information to analyze. There are seven leaders in Yotsuba and we need to find who Kira is. Don't you agree, (y/n)?" And Misa yelled something against that answer of his'.

"Yeah... I agree" You said, and walked to Souichiro and the rest of the team. "Do you have a plan to know who is the real Kira?" you asked to them. Everyone looked at you, except for L. You were still ashamed for that kiss, so you thanked God he was maybe with the same feeling to see you in your eyes. But then, he pierced your eyes with his deep gaze.

"We have a plan, Ms. (y/n), weren't you paying attention? Here" He said as he got up from his chair. "Let me introduce you to the new collaborators of this plan. She is Weddy, and this is Aiber, Aiber is a master swindler, and Weddy is a thief that can disarm any security system she wants. As a evidence, they came in here inadvertently. They are going to spy on Yotsuba's members." Ryuuzaki said, as he took a sit again and he sipped his coffee. Everyone was impressed and started to talk about them.

"Calm down, everybody" L said, as he was putting some sugar cubes in his cup of cuffee, "This is what we are going to do" he pointed at the screens, where were transmiting some videos from Yotsuba, "Weddy is going to install some cameras and microphones in the company and we're going to hear everything they say. By now, you can leave this to me." He said, finally.

"So, we can go home now?" Matsuda asked yawning. "I feel so tired today..." And Aizawa answered to him "Come on! Don't be so lazy!" Everybody laughed, except you. Are they really going to catch Kira? Whatever, you just remembered to 'keep an eye in Light Yagami', but he didn't look like Kira at all. Maybe Amane Misa could be, so annoying and being like a puppy for a man who doesn't love her, how sad.

After everyone agreed with the plan, you were packing your things (just a pen, really), when you heard that Light and Souichiro were going to spend the night at the headquarters. "I'll leave it to you, I need to do something before the plan runs. I'll be out for a while." Ryuuzaki said, approaching to the door. "But, Ryuuzaki...!" Light said, and L left the room. "Oh well, it seems like we are alone for a while, Light." Souichiro said, with a proud voice, like if he got this calse solved. "Yeah father. And you (y/n), are you going home tonight?" Light asked.

'Home?' you thought for yourself. "Yes, right... I'm going to sleep, today I feel really tired today. Good night!" You said to them, and they wished you a good night too, before you leave.

*Time skip*

At the penthouse...

"Phew!" You exclaimed, as you threw your handbag to the big bed. Then you took off your clothes and took a fast bath. When you were done, still with your towel on, you were looking for some underwear when...

"YIIIIKES!!!" You screamed, when you saw a shadow sitting in your bed, like a malformed creepiest ghost and you quickly made a quick move getting to a gun you always hide in your closet. "PUT YOUR HANDS UP!" You yelled. The shadow put its hands up.

"You don't look afraid even when you should, you know, Ms. (y/n)?" A familiar but emotionless voice said. Then you realized who he was. "Ryuuzaki?" You asked. "Yes?" He answered, still with his hands up because of your gun and you put it down. "What the hell are you doing sitting in my bed, in the shadows like a criminal? I could've shooted..." You said, angry but still confused. Was he a pervert or something like that?!

"I wanted to talk to you, but not in the work." He said, and put his hands down. "By the way, do you mind if I take some tea? Because I prepared tea while you were taking a bath." He said with that creepy face. "Don't you know there are lights in here?" You asked while you turned on the lights, and he reached you a cup of tea. "I'll ask you to wait here, and close your eyes, I don't want any man to see my clothes, even if it's the biggest detective in the whole world. I'll be back, but if you spy I'll shoot." He nodded and closed his eyes in answer, and you took your clothes and changed in the bathroom. After that...

"Well, what do you wanted to tell me?" You asked, not knowing what to expect. "That's a cute question coming from someone clever like you, Ms. (y/n)." He said while he grabbed his cup and sipped. Your face turned bright red. "But I came here to give you some advisement. You know we are near to catch the Kira that is in Yotsuba. Right?" And he picked up a cracker from a bowl. Where the hell did he get all those delicious candies? You picked up one, too. "Right. And what shall I do, then?" You asked. "All you are going to do is support me, and when we know the way how Kira kills, then you are going to see everything that Light Yagami does; I want to see his reaction and I need your point of view about this." L said, was he serious? It sounds so... silly.

"Just to see how he reacts at Kira's power? It might be interesting... somehow... I guess..." you said, not convinced at all. "Aren't you happy with the job? You have to do this, no one else can do this part." He said, coldly, looking at you. "And why not Watari?" You asked, searching for a better answer.

"Because he is looking at everyone's work at the task force building. I guessed you know that." He said, sarcastically.
"Yeah, and that's why you come in the middle of the night, when I take a bath?" you asked, a little annoyed. He seems not to understand what is really happening...

"I'm sorry. I suspect of Light Yagami, just as you do. I thought you could trust in my view. Won't you?" He asked, with that piercing gaze again, making you shiver. "Yes, I trust you but that's not a good excuse for you to enter like this to my room. Whatever, Light don't look like a criminal for me right now, but I don't know about Misa, she looks at me like if I were the biggest threat in her life." You said angry, making a little pout. L was surprised by your gesture, he got up and walked to you.

"You are right, Ms. (y/n), I didn't came here just for the case." He said, and he grabbed your hand, his skin was so soft, and you blushed. "I keep thinking about that kiss. May I kiss you again?" He said, and his lips were suddenly right in front of yours, expecting for your answer. "Ryuuzaki" you said in low voice, and you kissed him... he kissed you back, with passion. Then, you pushed him away to catch your breathe, he was doing the same.

"I'm sorry, Ryuuzaki, but I cannot do this... not now." You said, turning away from him. You don't want to love someone who is supposed to die by Kira's hand. But if you catch Kira, things could be different. "What's the matter?" Ryuuzaki asked, and he grabbed again your hand. When you turned your soft (e/c) eyes to face him, you looked at his eyes, he looked so worried and tenderly.

"I don't know... I just feel odd. Like if, you're going to go away if I fall for you or something. But don't misunderstand me, even if I have feelings for you I want to work hard in this case..." and suddenly L interrupted you "And you will, you will help me. Just make me feel confident about everything you discover of Kira in the process please." He begged. L begged ? 'That's so cute!' you thought as you were turning red again.

"And please... give me a chance, Ms. (y/n). I know you already know no one must know about this, but let me make you feel like the only one. I know more of you than you think!" He said with a detective facet, and he looked very cute, making your heart melt. "But I don't know anything about you! That's not fair, you silly" You yelled. "Am I silly?" He asked, confused. "Of course you are, silly boy." You said, annoyed but still blushing, because the truth is you know nothig about L. "And why am I silly?" He asked again. "Well... that's because I want to know about you, about who you are... things like that" You said a little stammeringly.

"Well, if that's the problem, I'll show you who I am..." And he kissed you softly, melting your heart once again in the mid of the night, while you kissed him back. "Why are you doing this?" You asked, between kisses and gasps, then he stopped kissing you, and pulled you into a warm hug. "Because I've been watching you, since I captured Beyond Birthday. If Misora Naomi didn't accept my invitation, you could've helped me in that case in Los Angeles. But Naomi accepted, and I can't believe she disappeared investigating on her own in this case now. I know Kira did it. But I know you had something special, and you are a genius, even if you don't admit it, it is true. Am I right? I also know you had a brother in the FBI." He asked, and you just pushed him with suprised eyes. "How do you know I lost my brother before? Nobody knew about him..." You said.

It was true; you had a brother and you loved him with all your heart, but he also was an FBI agent like Raye Penber, who died in the same way he did. So... L know all of that. And why did he chose you? You can't believe why. "I know a lot of things, Ms. (y/n). I know you were investigating some things of the case and wrote them in your computer. And you got an interesting theory about the second Kira, do you remember?"

"... Yes, I do. I wrote:- Looking at second Kira's behavior, it seems like they are going to meet somewhere, apparently knowing something about the "eyes"; It sounds like a woman trying to meet a man in a date, but it isn't sure.- So, what's with that? By the way... why are we talking about this right now?" You said, confusing things. First he made you remember your brother, and still hurts, but that's the reason you wanted to catch Kira: revenge.

"That's why I found you very interesting. Deducting such things so easily, and a will in your heart that no one can break... I guess that's the reason. But I see, you are still confused. I guess I'll leave you by now. Don't push yourself too much, Ms. (y/n). I just want you to know the way I feel. That's all." You felt how your cheeks were tickling, making your (s/c) face looking red. Suddenly, when he was walking to the door you yelled at him.

"Ryuuzaki!" and he turned to see you, with his dark eyes widened and curious. "Next time, please just knock the door. I'll see you tomorrow to proceed with Yotsuba." You said to him with a smile. He blushed, even you saw that in his pale skin, and he smiled back to you. "Good to know Ms. (y/n), I'll be waiting for you early tomorrow. Have a good night." And he left your room.

You just fell to your bed, tired, looking at the ceiling. 'L, please. Just don't act like a jerk. Don't try to use me just like Light does with Misa. Or you will see...' you thought, and you fell asleep.
