Description
Title: RavenDescription: My first Raven fanart piece! I tried to keep things simple concerning her pose and the background, so as to make sure to get the basic things such as proportion right. I know it doesn't really look much like her, but I think I need to practice before I can master the true art of TT fanart.
Information: Painted using acrylics, and the contrast adjusted slightly (the original scan didn't come out very well). Created over a period of a week or so- 3 to 4 hours all together.

i love this piece! and amazing use of acrylics btw. and I love how her cloak/cape isn't flat at the end and how it almost becomes the background...if that made sense

Very good overall. The gradient is lovely and her eyes really seem to glow. However, she seems rather top-heavy; her chest is quite large, but her hips never flare back out to meet it. Female anatomy is a lot like an hourglass. Her torso is a bit too short as well.
Overall, the pic is very good. The painting is lovely, and my only real grip is her torso's proportions. ^_^

Its true that it didnt shine that much after u scanned it...there is something lacking. The colors are quite ok...maybe stronger the next time.

Ok, first off I really like the lighting on Raven, great job. Also, I really like how you can see the transformation of her cape. The proportions seem a little off to me, either that or the pose is arkward, or both. Other than that, I have no complants. Nice job getting the light colors to seamlessly turn into the dark colors.

i like it, raven was my favourite character in Teen Titans. i like all the shine you did to her glossy clothes.
one thing thats bugging me, her stomach looks completly flat, like paper. everywhere else shes very round (like she should me), but her stomach, doesnt have any depth.
