Title: RavenDescription: My first Raven fanart piece! I tried to keep things simple concerning her pose and the background, so as to make sure to get the basic things such as proportion right. I know it doesn't really look much like her, but I think I need to practice before I can master the true art of TT fanart.
Information: Painted using acrylics, and the contrast adjusted slightly (the original scan didn't come out very well). Created over a period of a week or so- 3 to 4 hours all together.

Thanks! And yeah, I know what you mean. I really had to bump up the contrast after the scanner decided to ignore the colours (darn scanner) and so it made all the different brush strokes really show up. Anyway, once again, thanks!

I don't know her at all unfortunately...so I'll have to judge this pic by itself. I really like how you added so much depth in the shading (something I'm very bad at...) and I also like the colors. They don't look gaudy at all, even though they are strong and bright. I like the details too- all around a great piece!
