Anyway. This is a sketch of my 'Black' War Raptor that I had in WoW, shown without her armor. Her name is Indigo, based on the fact that their scales are a lot closer to a very dark blue and not exact black. If you look real close they've got a blue hue to them, and aren't completely lacking in color.

I completely spoiled her while we were together - feeding her only the best meats and making sure she was groomed and healthy and happy. In return she never tried to eat me
I developed Indigo as a character while I had her. She had a fairly short temper - even for raptors - and was as aggressive as any dragon, but with only a fraction of the restraint. The tooth on her necklace was plucked from the maw of a Razzashi Raptor she had nearly killed - attacking it on sight when we stumbled across it. Whether out of jealousy or instinctual rivalry, her aggression was entirely unprovoked and she likely would have killed the valuable raptor had I not been there to stop her. I bet she would have turned that aggression on me had I kept the creature, likely wanting to be the only raptor in my 'possession'. Either that or she didn't want another raptor to have me - sometimes I think that she believes that I belong to her and not the other way around!

And naw, I've never actually gotten a Razzashi raptor. Came real damn close to getting one, but the one time it dropped I was off with the other half of my guild doing stuff in AQ20. Aaargh! *weeps* Half the guild went to ZG for whatever reason, practice I guess, and the other half to AQ20. I accompanied the guildmaster and his wife to AQ20 and when we got back the other group said the Razzashi Raptor had dropped! *breaks down into weeping*
