I just need to lay some things down:

1. There is no Batman in this universe.

2: Mineta would not exist.

3: Izuku wouldn't get in trouble when he fights Bakugo after All Might retires. Jason would tell Aizawa what actually happened. Since he was doing some pull ups that night.

4: Jason Todd would be an orphan like in DC, his personality wouldn't change that much, he's a little less... bone braking and blood shedding. And by less I mean not at all, but only to his friends and allies. But Bakugo is in the grey aria. So he's a little nicer do to Gunhead raising him.

5: Jason wouldn't have a quirk, he's just a crack shot, not much would change about him, he'd still be called Red Hood, but would be trained by Gunhead as he was the one to adopt him, his shooting skills would improve by being trained personally by Snipe after enrolling into UA, like how Izuku is being taught by All Might.

6: Jason is gonna be a friend to Izuku like Tenya and Uraraka.

7: Jason and Snipe would have a good relationship, not master and student, more like brothers. Like Tenya and his big bro.

8: His dorm room would be packed with all types of guns and knifes. Along with bullet proof vests. And grenades.

9: When 1-A is pitted agents Mirio, Jason's gut is protected by a bullet proof vest, meaning Jason might end up winning the fight for his class.

10: Jason is also going with Midorya and Mirio when it comes to being friends with Eri. And would get a hold of those quirk killing drug filled bullets, just to be safe.

11: Jason and Tokoyami would swap places for the joint training.

12: He would hate Todoroki's guts at first for hating his dad, as he's under the impression that he's not thankful for what he has.

13: Jason would join Uraraka inturning with Gunhead. There relationship is a bromance, as Jason is a Dekuraka shipper like Mina.
