He would not have access to his Stark Tech suits (basically all on screen Suits) and only have access to his Cloth Costume (Homecoming, end of movie). But would work with the school to build himself a new suit (likely closer to his comics counterpart, instead of Stark Tech).
His "Quirk" would make him very powerful. He is insanely versatile compared to most Quirk Users in MHA. In fact in Ultimate (Spider-Man) Comics the "Clone Saga" happened because "People" wanted to create Super Soldiers by cloning preexisting Heroes/Villains. Peter Parker's power set as "Spider-Man" was so Versatile that he was the prime candidate. Fast, Strong, Agile, Danger Warning Sense, etc. Sure you have people who are better at any one thing that Spider-Man can do, but how often do you need Hulk strength when you can send in an Army of Spider-Clones?
He would have a termporary Rivalry with Sero and Deku due to their power similarity, however sense all three are easy going they would choose to help each other. Their "rivalry" would last less time than Eijiro and Tetsutetsu Rivalry.
Peter would help Deku start to think about using his entire body to bounce of walls and deliver a mix of kicks and punches. Peter and Sue would improve their Wall Crawling. Sero and Peter would practice Ranged Entanglements.

Not bad. But I for one think that Izuku wouldn't get in trouble when he fights Bakugo after All Might retires. I think Spidey would tell Aizawa what actually happened.

I think the plot would change a lot with spiderman in the mix. I don't think Mineta as that bad of a person but he could be better.
