A model designed by Eric Joisel, who recently passed away. <3Not particularly difficult but it takes about three hours as there is SO MUCH precreasing involved.

My god, did it ever take me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out how to do the second rank of spines on this thing! But I'm on my way and should be able to upload pics soon! Incidently, have I ever applauded your camera skills? It's pictures like yours that I think elevate this to an art and not just a hobby. The way you use lighting and focus really makes them come to life.

Thank you very much! This one took me a LONG time to figure out. All that pleating does my head in...I'm attempting (slowly) Lang's organist at the moment and it's the same concepts as the hedgehog.

I'm not sure if you have seen mine, but [link] I actually much prefer the way you did your head and feet. I wish I could have remembered how to make them into 3 claws, but I've been out of practice too long. I'm currently working on the Pheonix and a private commision from a friend and I long for the simple days of the hedgehog. Fortunately, I also have some modulars to do that break up the monotony. How is the organist? I saw it and sort of discounted it as not my M.O., but maybe one day if I have time.

I only know of that tutorial I'm afraid; it's do-able, you just need to study the diagrams very carefully.
