Description
I've loved scarlet macaws since I was little because of their gorgeous, rainbow-coloured plumage. Did you know that they live 40-50 years in the wild and once they find a mate, they keep that monogamous pair bond for life? In fact, they're seldom found alone except when one bird has to incubate their eggs and the other needs to feed.Hence, I decided to make a pair and photograph them together; played around with a bird base until I got roughly the right body-wing-tail proportions, then added head and wing details. The one on the right is a mutant though, with his fully blue tail.
Thank you for looking!
