You can get rid of your unneeded Kubrow dogs by 'consigning them to the Lotus'... which you'll be doing a lot when trying to breed the perfect companion.

Consign to Lotus: Give unwanted dogs (usually bad colors or other traits) to Lotus. Usually a result of breeding efforts.
The Joke: Lotus has everyone's unwanted, poorly-colored Kubrows and is sending them to get you for abandoning them. Or maybe they're just running around like idiots. We Don't Know For Sure
