just one Dragon concept ended with a Triple Changer with 3 modesstarted just as a drawing.
Helicopter mode - its use as an canopy with a conveniently battery access point up the front and air vents. not sure yet for 3d flying but the design have flown as scale.(not exactly the same canopy but you get the idea)

Fixwing Mode - this is the kicker and the highlight of the action . and did several chases with other aircrafts in the field. Adequate performer in the air despite being slightly underpowered. (test flight before the event)

Suit Mode - Well the last one needs some explaining to the guys at the RC Club.. lol 
(just went off topic)1st what happens when you get someone who's into RC Aeromodelling and tell him to make a Fursuit.
2nd what to do with your aircraft in the end of the day ....

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Note: we did this at the end of the day since its much cooler temperature and its too dark to do flying. out of boredom decided to wear the aircraft.
you can call it a Dragon, Aeromorph, Transformation .. it doesn't matter.
this thing is intended as partial Fursuit and still incomplete on the time of photo. was rush for an RC event.
all 3 modes shown where done with in one day and can be interchange in anyway, despite the actual build and testing took 2 months of weekends

This is some really impressive stuff. I've not seen such depth and thought put into a TF suit before. Moreover, it made aeromorphs relatable to me. Before I saw this, I had no interest in them, but now I've been inspired to draw one.

Aeromorphs are Creatures too, well Haft Machine Hybrid.
The Dragon design , was credited to my friend since he likes to see one fly.
The TF suit part was a later addon a week before the Event. just to come up with something completely Different. since I don't want to have just another Aircraft in an already crowded field and airspace.

Your friend is pretty cool. So is your RC club, for that matter, in encouraging you to have that kind of fun. Your work certainly stands out, but the whole suit/RC plane idea adds a level of class to the aeromorph culture. I hope you continue to develop this; it could be your distinguishing theme. The world needs more people like you to bring these unique dragons to life and appear at venues like the RC event.

here a much better view thanks to a fellow Con goer for sharing . notice the wings and tail assembly becomes part of the costume.
The aircraft mode is also exhibited at the Con too but the funny part everyone notice is when the fursuit is out the aircraft disappear from the display.
