Description
I decided the other day after watching Batman Begins and Vampire Hunter D (the original), that Batman would look interesting drawn by Yoshitaka Amano. Well, I'm no Amano, but I gave it a shot. I'll probebly keep at it too, the more redesigns the better. I might come up with something fantastic, though I doubt it.I might go back and watercolour it, though after my last ywo attempts at watercolour I'm not sure I want to risk it. Maybe I'll digitally paintit instead/too.

this is pretty nifty, i like the way you've done the shading and there is a nice 3d feel, but it looks kinda unfinished, you should ink this...and keeping with the amano stylings, give it some sreatchy background of some sort to make this piece stand out ^__^"

its just a sketch. Its not supposed to feel finished. And I can't draw background at all. They shit me to tears (I'm a terrible artist) What does "sreatchy" mean?

I don't finish work very often, simply because I am NEVER happy with the final result, I always end up making things worse the more work I do on them. Plus, to do something Amano-style (colours wise) it would take years. Especially since I have no idea how to go about it. As I said, I'd kill it.
