Oh my god I just realized I never answered your question. It's a bit late at this point, but whatever.
So this is a custom shape set for Photoshop. Think of them as... vector brushes, I guess.
Just put the .csh file into the shapes presets folder for Photoshop, and then you can use them with the shapes tool.

Dude, they've probably just 'loaded the set, and are SO DAMN ENRAPTURED by the SHEER AWESOMENESS of it that they've forgotten to comment. Or something like that.
It's hawt, btw. The text one is particulary good; kudos. In terms of improvement? Well... a few more big explosion-y shapes, as in the preview? Say two? Maybe something with the Anarchy symbol featured more on its own?
