I was told in the past, before the Synth Agenda, that it does not qualify as a language. It is a polyalphabetic cipher

Actually, I've realized something: This cipher of yours is pretty much impossible to decipher. The polyalphabetical substitution is unknown, and you use your own script, which needs to be mapped onto the Latin alphabet first. Otherwise, it's a huge amount of guesswork and trying every possible alignment until something makes sense...

The cards are the best primers to deciphering it that exist and it has been done before. One of my first proxies transcribed the cards word for word.

Did that proxy have the translation of your symbols to letters, and perhaps the key, or the alphabet grid you were using?
I mean, I'm no expert in cryptography, but I did read up on polyalphabetic ciphers, and you need the alphabet grid at least =/ Or you write a program that checks every possible permutation for you.

my proxy had nothing, I dont know how he did it actually - he didn't fully tell me and beat around the answer when I asked, he must have made a few guesses and assumptions that were correct
