No idea what this is, but there are many of them submerged in the river in NΓΌrnberg. This particular one was next to the oldest suspension bridge in Germany.Related content

Great angle, which gives a great reflection to that interesting-looking structure Hmm . . . wonder what that "stuff" is floating all around it?? Well - whatever it is . . . it only lends to this wonderful composition

Thank you It was something from the Willow Trees which hung over the river at certain intervals I believe.
