Ding dong it's the sensors!
ALL Mocchin have sensors- This has been developed due to not every Mocchi having every feature such as eyes and mouths. These sensors are mainly used to sense the terrain one's in. Besides this, these sensors have more functions as well- Such as digesting food when one Mocchi doesn't have a mouth- Or, universally, for reproducing.

This is how Mocchin reproduce!
and no they don't have genitals you dirty fuck-
When two Mocchin really, really love- Okay, no, let's be NSFW here and be like ''oOOOOH CARLLL SLAP ME HARDER WITH DEM HIGH FIVES!!!!!'' and ''do you have the gloves, jimmy''- i really need jesus don't i
Okay okay, so- When two Mocchin want to create a child, they clasp their hands together and create these.. Special.. Substances so to say. These so-called "substances", or, you know, rudely said, SPEEERRM OR EGGSS WOOEOEOEOEOEO!!! have their DNA in it. When two substances of two different Mocchin come together, an egg is immediately created [oh, yes, I know, that's fast].
This egg has yet to grow and develop, which is usually... I have no idea. 1-2 months? Maybe? Think about chickens, man.

Second thing about sensors- They can digest food. Well, the ones on the hands anyway-
Mocchin with mouths can pick which way they want to digest their food- Others.. Yeah, yeah put that carrot on your hand, Jimmy. Good boy.

A special thing about Mocchin without a face: THEY CAN DIGEST FOOD THROUGH THEIR FACE AS WELL.

Communication.
Since not everyone has a mouth to speak with, the universal used language is body/sign language [think about cats and dogs with their wagging tails and shit y'know-], although they know verbal language as well.

Hearing.
So, not everyone has ears, you know? Like those fancy ass rare ears- Well, there's a SOLUTION to that! Like seals/reptiles/whoever the fuck has ''sound holes''- Yeah, there's that, another universally created thing. Nice. And, yeah, Mocchin with ears and sound holes probably hear a bit better than the ones with only the latter.
