My next collection of drawings are to commorate Michael Jackson's history in music videos. (not in any particular order) There is no doubt that he has brought originality to the medium that no-one else can immitate yet use him as in inspiration.Here we have "Keep it in the closet" a song about two people who have a secret and passionate love affair that must never be spoken about to anyone else but them.
The music video is filmed in brown tones and set in an arid desert. It also features Naomi Campbell dry humping and grinding up on MJ, I chose not to draw her because she sucks (goddamned fur killer!) but MJ is sexay as hell and I adore the dancing siloette scene towards the end.
Created in pencil crayons and chalks. Text and signature added in Ulead.

The composition of this is really well done! The silhouette of the figure and the silhouette-like tree really tie the piece together IMO

I will focus on the background this time - it seems to be done well and the whole piece must have been laborious. Those black shapes between the main character add something new to the picture and by this it seems much more interesting.

God i didn't realise there were so many of mj's songs i hadn't heard:S i have three of his albums you think i would of heard em lol. Oh well you've illustrated the meaning great. And i like the fact that you've used a silhouette cause the affair needs to be kept a secret. Great idea

Doesn't it just? I remember when I was a kid not knowing what the heck MJ was singing about...I used to think "what's he got to hide in a closet?"
