Hello Improvement-Club member! I'm no expert on color, but I would say that one thing which might help make this pop a little more is to add some complementary colors.  For red it's green, yellow it's purple, and orange it's blue. Since this image is mostly orange from the firelight, I'd add in more blue where you can. A blue night outside the window is a great place to start, then maybe add some blue to their clothing where you can, or even to some of the accessories on the tables. It may also help to triangulate your blue accents, around the image to move the eye and create a nice balance so that the image doesn't become too color heavy in one spot.

I'm not sure what you mean with "only for the colorscheme", it's a bit impossible to not mention the light and talk about colors.. Anyway, the only thing that's wrong with the colorscheme is the white light from the window. Bar brawls are usually an evening/night activity and if there was such an intense bright light outside, it would affect the inside too, in brightness and in color. I'd just lose the white part and keep the yellow/orange fire as the main light source, then maybe add some faint moonlight from the outside. Other than that, I adore the colors you chose!
