My brother got the Metroid Prime Trilogy for Christmas and Metroid has just been on my mind for awhile now (such a good series)

I wish they'd make a new Metroid for Wii U (Side Scrolling or First Person Shooter doesn't matter to me, though I prefer the Side Scrollers).
I think a good game could take place between Metroid II and Super Metroid to show more of a relationship between Samus and her Baby Metroid, because it never really shows them bonding; the Metroid hatches, they run to the ship, she hands it over to scientists, she rescues it from Ridley, it dies. To me that's not enough to have her be so emotional about it in Other M :/. So making a game between those two could be good, they'd have a little adventure together and bond and junk. The Metroid could act as a CPU assistant, and there could be a co-op mode where player 2 could play as the Metroid. As long as it doesn't play like Other M, have cutscenes like Other M, use voice acting like Other M, have a plot like Other M, or made by the people who made Other M, I would love it!
I don't care if it is my fanficiony plot or not, I'd just love a new one (as long as it isn't like Other M). It needs to be as hard as Super Metroid and needs little to no cutscenes (no voice acting), but still have a great story
