Woona: Β I still think this costume is too spooky...Now before you all rant "Equestria doesn't have a Halloween, it's Nightmare Night, stupid" remember that Nightmare Night only exists because Nightmare Moon was sent to the moon and then they created a holiday. Β Since Luna is still around and has yet to become Nightmare Moon, there is no Nightmare Night, so I needed to use Halloween (stupid).

ActuallyΒ Halloween was originally a harvest festival.Β Its more likely that Nightmare night was originally a harvest festival too,Β with kids going to treats of fruit or preserves from house to house and ending in a thanksgiving like feast.Β Β
With the nightmare moon creation, the evening likely was twisted, hence when Luna returns on nightmare night she tries to bring back the old ways, wanting it to be a celebration and feast...Β again...Β but the ponies resist wanting the entertainment value more then the honored ceremony.

Yeah, when I first thought this up it originally was going to say Nightmare Night, but then when I wrote it down I thought, "wait... Nightmare Night is about Nightmare Moon's banishment, I have Woona so I can't say that"
