Description Let's face it, we've all had to try and separate those stupid 1x2 plates from one another, and it was TOUGH (if you didn't have a knife or something)

Saw the Lego Movie, TOTALLY LOVED IT
I thought it was going to be stupid and childish with a few moments of good jokes, but it was actually very clever and it had me smiling and laughing the entire time (you know the movie is good when the theater is PACKED with kids, but its the parents who are laughing more)

Good actors, amazing animation, great story, funny jokes, it was an amazing movie
If you've ever played with Legos, go see it!

(I was going to draw a background for this, but I got really lazy)

Sometimes I would succeed in taking them apart, sometimes I would just give up and throw it somewhere.

I loved the movie! Β My brothers play with Legos alllll of the time, and even though I don't play with them nearly as often--I can relate to this picture. Β XD Β I've actually tried to pry those things apart before with my teeth. Β XD

I loved this movie. It's now my favorite.

And yes, I hate the stupid 1x2 bricks. I used to bite the bricks and try to pull them apart like that.

YES, YES YES, I totally agree. They have those brickbreaker things, but they don't work on the 1x2s.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

TheWildWestPyro In reply to Peacock17512 [2014-02-19 02:18:31 +0000 UTC]

Naturally, these are some ways they tried to solve them:

Lincoln: Use an axe. DIDN'T WORK.

President Business (after turning nice): His robots. They exploded from the sheer frustration inside them.

Good Cop/Bad Cop: Hit it with a chair. It went as well as you'd think.

Vitruvius: He attacked it with his staff. Nope, didn't work.

Emmet and his other worker buddies: JACKHAMMERS! *To no avail*

Superman: SUPER STRENGTH! *Broke his claw hands.*

Green Lantern: Use his ring to make a crowbar! *It had to recharge.*

Wonder Woman: Slip the lasso inside. Didn't work.

Wyldstyle: Build a giant brickbreaker. *Still didn't work*

Benny: SPACESHIP! *Nothing except massive property damage*

Uni-Kitty: HORN! *It got stuck on her head instead.*

Green Ninja: SPINJITZU! *Broke his legs*

Batman: BATARANGS! *They all broke.*

William Shakespeare: Attempted to insult the plates so badly it would open. The plates attacked him soon after.

Johnny Thunder: USE A SPADE! *It opened a little bit.*

Dumbledore: He did every separating spell he could think of. It opened the plates a little bit more.

Gandalf: He slipped his magic-infused White Sword into the gap. *It worked. Then it broke right after.*

I like Shakespeare the most.

Vitruvius: Two hours later, we got the Man Upstair's son to perform emergency surgery. With something President Business called "The Sword of Buh'tar." Or, as you "humans" may call it, a butter knife. Whatever. Shakespeare is fine now.Β
