I've looked at some demotivational posters of character alignments lately, and decided, "Eh, I'll have my own go at one." So I used G-mod characters that I know of the most for it (doesn't matter if I admire them or not, just what I'm aware of).

Lawful Good: ???. A mysterious character, bringing death to those who truly deserve it.
Neutral Good: Kami. An innocent woman, only doing what she thinks is right.
Chaotic Good: Turkish Phantom. A droid/lizardman/Idon'tevenknowanymore, helping allies at the unnecessary cost of other lives.

Lawful Neutral: Combine Pyro. A Pyro, following the law he knows of.
True Neutral: Shadow. An average person, with dark powers (dark =/= evil).
Chaotic Neutral: XenoSpy. A French xenomorph, who will literally backstab anyone.

Lawful Evil: Brutalight Sparcake. A sinister alicorn, in charge of a small pact.
Neutral Evil: Fiametta. An insane witch, too aware of what she can do.
Chaotic Evil: Rage. "YOU WILL ALL DIE, YOU FUCKING PARASITES!"
