Neutral Good- MC Bat Commander from the Aquabats Super Show: He's a good guy, willing to go out of his way to help others but he sometimes needs reminding from his fellow band mates, as well as wanting to get payed for some of his heroics, and he can be kind of a jackass to his friends sometimes but he is still a good guy
Chaotic Good-Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: Like Chase, do I even need to say it, she's a good pony and friend but she's always bouncing off the walls to the point where it does get annoying sometimes (for the other characters) but she's proven to stick her neck out for her friends (sometime stick it out a good five feet)
Lawful Neutral-the Mor-Bot from Rescue Bots: It's originally programmed to help people but it's unable to take property damage into consideration plus it was used as a weapon to go after two characters (children no less) but it's not the Mor-bot's fault just Dr. Morocco's
True Neutral-Mr. Mumbles from Dan vs: She's an animal, a loving pet yes but she can get distracted by simple things when Dan brings her to help with his vengeance missions
Chaotic Neutral- the Cactus Creature from episode 11 of the Aquabats Super Show: He is just a lovesick monster the problem is he's a monster
Lawful Evil- Cobra Commander from GI Joe Renegades: He wants to take over the world and rule it with his laws pretty simple as that
Neutral Evil- Queen Chrysalis from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: She just to make sure that she and her race wont starve even if it means she needs to manipulate others and conquer other lands, possibly committing genocide in doing so she only cares for the survival of her kind
Chaotic Evil- The Joker from Batman the Animated Series: I know what you're thinking "Morgrag, y u no put Discord" well I didn't want to but two characters from the same series in the same row plus I think the Joker represents Chaotic Evil better than Discord, where as Discord just put the land of Equestria in disarray the Joker is willing to destroy all of Gotham just because it's Tuesday

Nice chart, and I agree with your last choice. Discord cannot be considered evil, not in the same sense as Chrysalis or the Joker is. Chrysalis went all out on her offensive and didn't care about anypony and the Joker is a total lunatic.
Discord on the other hand is an elder god of chaos, and while he did do damage and practically broke every law of nature it is quite obvious that he could have been a lot more destructive if he wanted to.
When you can make candyfloss clouds raining chocolate milk, it is quite obvious that you could also have made the clouds rain brimstone and hellfire. Because of this Discord is properly more neutral then evil but diffidently chaotic.

I don't see Renegade's version of Cobra Commander as Lawful Evil. With Lawful Evil, there tends to be a code or protocol being followed. On the other hand Cobra Commander is very much the opportunist. Changing tactics andrules to get what he wants. I think Megatron would be a better better choice. He's evil as hell, but he follows a set of ethics.
