me too, I'm always in awe when I see people really GET them. I keep trying. Got a few on a hosta this evening after the rain, but still not really worth posting. ALL the other pics came out blur and moved and not sharp. Once in a while the camera plays up, plus I'm playing around with the settings. so no idea what it was tonight. Tomorrow will be another day. At least today I caugh a squirrel and and old man, and 2 handsome firemen. (heck.. I didnt finish that.. goes to check out the 2 guys now

lol you are too funny!

I always use my macro settings on my camera for drops of water, and try to keep your hand super steady. It helps to have good lighting then your camera will take the pic faster the shutter is quicker this way. And just get a good focus on the water drops, try not to have too many unnecessary reflections on the drops (sometimes I get over head lights indoors and its distracting)

Yeah, I realize I may THINK I keep it steady, but with one hand sometimes I obviously am not, at least not enough. And thanks for the tips on the lighting and refleections.. well, I'll just keep on trying
