Well, I was eventually going to do these. But like I said, save them as PGN. As JPEG, they're pretty much useless.

OOOOh, i did not wants to hear that laddie. They may be saved as PGNs now, but if this really is your old sprite sheet, it means they were once JPEGS. Since they were saved like that, the files were basically ruined - the only solution is to rip them again. And I might suggest using rows for each animation.

Well this sprites are not the old ones i ripped them again and the other time i donΒ΄t uploaded them as JPEG it was a 24 bit map

This isn't what I know as Ultraman. This is Ultraman GREAT, the one from the Australian show that was made of Ultraman. I know because of the Triangle on his chest.
