Entry for a Transformers faction design contest at [link] . Didn't win but it was fun. Based on the character of Vector Prime from Transformers: Galaxy Force/Cybertron."Guardians of Time" - Faction formed by Vector Prime to assist him in watching over the fragile threads of time and keep watch over Transformers throughout space-time.
