Description
In an attempt to raise awareness and interest in my characters and series, I've decided to begin creating these character fact files; which give short descriptions of the major characters from my original web and cartoon series, "The Toon 5some". These files will be displayed on all the important sites I can think of that people might see them; such as here on Deviantart, Tumblr, Facebook, and my new Patreon page.I'm also looking for additional animators and artists to help me turn my comics, storyboards, and written scripts into fully animated cartoon shorts to be uploaded to Youtube, Vimeo, and Newgrounds. My specific talents are in storyboarding, key-framing, and coloration. I really just need someone to help me with the in-betweens and some of the backgrounds.

Ma-Caw is secretly the founder, owner, and CEO of Widgets, Inc. (basically our world's equivalent of the Acme Company from Looney Tunes). His company produces and sells tons of insane gadgets (or widgets) that are primarily useful for pranks and slapstick comedy.

Again I find the alignment a little bit odd. Mainly considering that Macaw seems
to be very chaotic in nature, thus more like Chaotic Neutral rather than True
Neutral. Even the science seems to fall into that order... frankly, Oneira as a
place might of course define Law and Chaos differentely, so it might not be
absolute.

The reason I classify Ma-Caw as True Neutral as opposed to Chaotic Neutral is that Chaotic Neutral characters are often described as willingly not choosing to align themselves entirely with either good or evil, but Ma-Caw is just so crazed until the workings of his mind are an enigma. He's more like a force of nature than an individual; thus making him completely indifferent to good and evil, and I dare say even indifferent to free will. Ma-Caw is governed more by the sway of his insanity than his own freedom of choice. To call him chaotic would frankly be an understatement because Ma-Caw is literally just chaos and madness incarnate.
Even though he does not set out to be harmful or dangerous, it does not stop his insanity from jeopardizing the world on various occasions. Many of Ma-Caw's inventions either turn out to be so powerful and unstable that they threaten to annihilate existence as a whole or they wind up falling into the hands of our enemies. It's not that he means for any of these things to happen, but he can't help himself. Even after his weird science does bring doom and danger knocking on our door Ma-Caw never seems to feel a tinge of regret. He's just too crazy for it to truly register how badly he's fucked things up, so I define Ma-Caw as True Neutral because he's really True Chaos and chaos is always neutral.
