The CPS 24L is an elongated version of the CPS 24 primarily designed for dynamic, combat oriented shooting competitions.
Like on most modern weapons the trigger guard on H&C produced guns is large enough to accomodate the often quite large gloves of environmental suits, necessary to survive on many frontier worlds ... or in a vacuum. Many shooters are quick to point out that H&C overdid it on thier pistols though.
