Description
Wanted to draw a Gorleth (from "The Last Rune"
but failed and ended up sketching this ape monster. Ape-elf-monster to be precise. I have to much free time at university, I guess.Sorry for the crappy pics I uploaded recently, hope my motivation will return some day soon.

Thats not bad at all. The fingers are a bit out of proportion but not enough to really credit or bother fixing. nice detail and line work...and not bad on the shading except for the lack of lighting and highlights on the fur. Run an eraser lightly over areas you wish to highlight...sometimes...drawing with an eraser is more valuable then drawing with the graphite.
I know you dont see much for pencil art on my DA account...rest assured I mastered it a long while ago. And its nto crappy you fucker...its good work...love and effort went into this...dont discount your own abilities...ever..I dont give a fuck if people says its ego...they cant hold a flame to your stuff so fuck em.

The fur is really detailed, and those claws look wicked, they could do quite a bit of damage. I pretty much like every aspect of this drawing but the chest, something about it looks off to me.
